Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that I get asked about The Creative Girl. If you have a question that hasn't been answered here on the FAQ page please scroll to the bottom and submit your question. You never know -- your question could appear here on the web site -- other brides might be wondering the same thing you are wondering.

What does The Creative Girl do?
The answer to this question is not as simple as you might think. The truth is I do a lot of different things in a lot of different areas. From custom made gift baskets to personalized favors to wedding invitations to party decorating to candy "bars," the list just goes on and on and on.
Do you make wedding invitations?
I have created personalized and custom cards in the past and am willing to do the same thing for you if you are unable to find a wedding invitation in one of the numerous catalogs that have available to my clients.
How can I make my wedding different from anyone else's?
This is a timeless question and the answer is often easier said than done. First of all, your wedding day is YOUR day, so make sure that you remember that when you're planning every aspect. Money isn't necessarily an issue when you're planning because there are so many variations of things at different price points, so you should be able to find something to fit your budget that will also fit your idea for your perfect wedding day. When all else fails, follow your heart!
Do you only work on weddings and wedding related events?
No! I am happy to help with any type of party, gathering, event or special occasion!
Where is your store located?
The Creative Girl finally has an office! It is located at 267 Pittsburgh Road, Suite 4, Butler, PA 16002 (in the same office as 4-Most Group, Inc. Architects). I ask that anyone who would like to view the albums and catalogs make an appointment. This ensures that I can help you view everything and find everything you are looking for, and it ensures you'll get as much time with the products as you need to make your decisions.
What companies do you work with?
The Creative Girl has accounts with lots of the wedding industries most unique and amazing suppliers, however it seems like it would be impossible to name them all. Here's just a few: Carlson Craft, NuArt, Celebration, Lillian Rose, Hortense B. Hewitt Company, Emitations, Park Ave Designs, and many, many, many more!
Do you recommend any local vendors to brides for their wedding day services?
Yes, I have several local vendors that I recommend for various wedding day services. I usually get an idea of what a bride is looking for and then recommend an appropriate vendor.
Do you do wedding planning/consulting?
I am in the process of incorporating planning & consulting services into The Creative Girl's catalog of services. While I do not do full planning or consulting for weddings I do for showers, parties and smaller gatherings. (Keep in mind, this could change at any time, so check with me to make sure I can and/or will be able to offer you everything you are looking for.)
How much do your invitations cost?
This is actually impossible to answer because there are so many invitation options. The Creative Girl carries thousands of invitations, save-the-date cards, announcements and many other related items. Each Bride is different and each Bride has a different budget. Whether your invitation budget is $200 or $2,000 The Creative Girl has something for you!
What is a Certified TRU Retailer?
The Creative Girl is a certified TRU Retailer. What that means is TCG has been selected to sell TRU Wedding Invtations. Unlike many other invitation lines, TRU requires its dealers to follow a strict code of customer service and only selects retailers they feel can uphold their standards.
I don't want to pay a florist a lot of money for just a few flowers. Can TCG help?
Absolutely! TCG has managed floral arrangements for several weddings, though to be fair, you must understand that The Creative Girl is not a florist. When a bride is on a limited budget there are some things she feels she has to do without. Flowers are sometimes one of those things, but they don't need to be. The Creative Girl can try to find you bulk and/or wholesale flowers that won't cost as much as those from a florist. And, if you'd like bouquets created TCG can do that too for a small fee.
Do you teach Brides how to save money or do things for themselves?
I often give tips to brides when they are on a limited budget. There are always things that a bride or her family and friends can do to save money. But, there are times when professional services are actually less expensive than doing it yourself, not to mention the time you'll save!
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and most bank/debit cards) as well as cash, personal checks, money orders and PayPal!
